Director of Rooms

Four Seasons is a luxurious hotel chain seeking a Director of Rooms to lead the hotel's front desk, communications, concierge, housekeeping, and guest services teams. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience in luxury hotel operations management, excellent knowledge of Rooms Division operations, and a strong focus on housekeeping.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in luxury hotel or resort operations management positions
• Excellent knowledge of all aspects of Rooms Division operations
• Strong focus on Housekeeping operations
• Previous experience in large-scale, high-volume operations
• Previous experience in a union environment is an advantage
• A champion of both guest and employee experience, with sophisticated interpersonal skills
• A college degree, preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or business administration, or equivalent experience
