The Food and Beverage Assistant Manager oversees daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and efficient dining experiences at Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara. This role involves training and supervising staff, maintaining a friendly manner with guests, and controlling food and beverage items.
Requirements
- Train, supervise and discipline restaurant staff
- Maintain a friendly manner with all guests
- Anticipate materials and supplies needs
- Assist in controlling labor costs and overtime
- Prepare daily and weekly payrolls
- Maintain a daily log for communication between restaurant staff and upper management
