Job Description
Four Seasons Hotel New York is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager with a passion for excellence and great enthusiasm in providing exceptional service standards. The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee all facets of the Food & Beverage Division, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency of food and beverage service and amenities for the hotel's guest rooms & suites.
Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of guest service, cost control, labor control, merchandising, and accounting
- Up to one year previous employment in a related position
- A college degree is preferred
- Prior union experience is beneficial
- Prior New York experience is preferred
