Job Description
The In Room Dining Order Taker is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking guest in room dining orders from guests, communicating any special requests to the kitchen, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
Requirements
- High school or equivalent education
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple orders and requests simultaneously without compromising service quality
- Familiarity with POS systems and software applications for order processing and reporting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
