Job Description
Four Seasons Hotel Tunis is seeking an IT Specialist to support daily operations of all technology systems. The role requires a strong understanding of hospitality operations and technical skills in Microsoft Windows, network infrastructure, and system administration.
Requirements
- Experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration
- Familiarity with hospitality systems (PMS, POS, networking, telephony)
- Certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, Ruckus, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Service-oriented mindset aligned with luxury hospitality standards
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
