The Learning & Development Specialist will work with the Learning & Development Manager to create and maintain a rich learning culture for all employees. This role will design and execute a compelling learning strategy to drive team member and hotel performance, facilitate learning programs, and support learning initiatives.
Requirements
- Assist Learning & Development Manager to design and execute a compelling learning strategy to drive team member & hotel performance.
- Work with leadership to schedule and organize a diverse set of learning offerings annually for all levels of staff.
- Support the Learning & Development manager in assessing learning needs, design & implementation of custom solutions, and evaluating effectiveness.
- Facilitate learning programs including orientation, departmental onboarding, service culture, and new manager programs.
- Support learning initiatives with program branding and hotel wide communications.
- Ensure all facets of compliance training are completed within corporate driven time frames.
- Attend & facilitates shift briefings to support operational learnings.
- Assist with Standards Testing and collating reports on a monthly basis.
- Work with the People & Culture department to maintain positive employee relations and assist with overall P&C functions to ensure the success of the department.
