Four Seasons is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist who shares a passion for excellence and infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. The ideal candidate will have a hospitality/Hotel Management degree and at least two years of operational hospitality experience.

- Drives service quality assurance initiatives
- Manages an effective standard training program
- Maintains an effective Certified Departmental Training program
- Trains new CDT’s and coaches and develops CDT’s
- Designs solutions for service quality
- Evaluates the effect of programs and initiatives
- Assists Managers with understanding service quality
- Supports Learning and Development initiatives
- Embrace the Four Seasons Leadership behaviors
- Address engagement and performance needs with creative Service Quality solutions
- Market the Service Quality programs, initiatives, and performance improvement
- Prepare and maintain training attendance records
- Coordinate and organize programs facilitated by internal and external trainers
- Oversee the Onboarding experience for all new hires
