PABX Operator

Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur is looking for a PABX Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will deliver outstanding guest service in line with the standards of a luxury five-star hotel, while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Operate the hotel's Private Automatic Branch Exchange (PABX) system effectively to route incoming and outgoing calls
• Answer all calls promptly, courteously, and professionally in accordance with hotel standards
• Relay messages accurately to hotel guests and staff
• Maintain a current knowledge of hotel services, events, and promotions
• Log all calls, messages, and wake-up calls as required by hotel policy
• Assist in maintaining updated telephone directories
• Ensure confidentiality of guest information at all times
• Perform additional front office or communication-related duties as assigned
