Job Description
Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Pastry Cook III to join its Culinary team, preparing high-quality desserts and baked goods that reflect Four Seasons standards of excellence. The role involves delivering consistent quality, supporting daily production, and maintaining a safe and sanitary kitchen environment.
Requirements
- Prepare pastry and dessert items of consistent quality
- Complete mise en place and station setup for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service
- Operate and properly clean kitchen equipment
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health code standards
- Minimize waste by monitoring pars, rotating product, and returning unused items to designated storage
- Work collaboratively and professionally with culinary team members and leadership
