Job Description
Four Seasons is seeking a People and Culture Manager to join their team in Nevis. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the employee experience and ensuring that People and Culture practices align with company values and service excellence standards.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) or 3ā5 years of experience in People & Culture/Human Resources, preferably within hospitality or a service-driven environment
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a people-first mindset
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and integrity
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate initiative, creativity, and sound judgment
