Job Description
Four Seasons is looking for a People & Culture Manager to oversee core People & Culture operations, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and employee engagement, in line with Four Seasons standards and local labor regulations.
Requirements
- College education or equivalent experience
- 5–8 years of relevant People & Culture / Human Resources experience, with supervisory or management exposure
- Innovation and creativity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Planning, organizing, and prioritization skills
- People leadership and team development capability
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- General working knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations
- Working knowledge gained through on-the-job experience
- Proficiency in computer systems and standard office applications
- English proficiency (written and spoken)
