People & Culture Executive

Four Seasons is seeking a People & Culture Executive to lead recruitment and manage statutory compliances, benefit programs, and general administration at its Mumbai hotel. The role requires 1-2 years of recruitment experience and a thorough understanding of Mumbai labor laws.

Requirements

• College degree with technical education in Hospitality preferred
• 1-2 years of Recruitment experience
• Thorough understanding of Mumbai Shops & Establishment Act, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and Minimum Wages
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with people from varied backgrounds
• Good English, Math's, and Psychometric abilities
• Ability to operate computer equipment and proficiency in MS-Office package
• Ability to read and speak and write English
