Four Seasons is seeking a hardworking and driven individual for our Terra Restaurant and Bar at Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for hospitality and a natural ability to connect authentically with guests, demonstrating integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibiting confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury-level experience.
Requirements
- 1+ years of service industry experience preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
- Mobility to move throughout the host stand, restaurant, and bar areas
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
