Job Description
Four Seasons is seeking a Sommelier to curate and maintain an exceptional wine list, provide detailed descriptions of wines, and recommend wine pairings. The ideal candidate will have a passion for service, strong food and beverage knowledge, and attention to detail.
Requirements
- High school education, college degree specializing in hospitality, or equivalent experience
- Strong food & beverage knowledge
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Passion for service
- Willing to work a flexible schedule and holidays
- The candidate must hold the required authorization to work in a European country
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency both in Portuguese and English
