Four Seasons is seeking a Sous Chef to join their team in Montreal. The ideal candidate will have a passion for excellence, strong work ethic, and high integrity. They will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day running of the kitchen, managing food costs, and providing culinary training to kitchen employees.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in French
- Intermediate level of English
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Do Whatever It Takes attitude
- Knowledge of inventory controls and food/labor cost
- Strong knowledge of back of the house operations
- True passion for food and hospitality
- Three to five years of Sous Chef experience in a full-service, structured dining establishment
- Secondary diploma or equivalent
