We are seeking a Steward to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization across all kitchen and back-of-house areas, ensuring service excellence and compliance with HACCP guidelines and local health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a stewarding, kitchen, or back-of-house role is an advantage
- Knowledge of hygiene, cleanliness, HCCP and food safety standards
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow procedures accurately
- Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude
