Job Description
The Stewarding Supervisor plays a key role in supporting Food & Beverage operations by ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across all kitchen, outlet, and back-of-house areas.
Requirements
- Supervise daily stewarding operations across all Food & Beverage and kitchen areas.
- Lead, coordinate, and support the stewarding team during shifts, ensuring efficiency and operational readiness.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in kitchens, storage areas, dishwashing stations, and back of house.
