Job Description
Four Seasons is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead one or several shifts of food and beverage service in restaurants for our guests and clients. The ideal candidate will have experience as a supervisor in high-quality hotels or restaurants, knowledge of service protocols, and advanced knowledge of POS systems and management tools.
Requirements
- Student or professional in Hospitality, Tourism or related areas
- Intermediate level of English
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a supervisor in high-quality hotels or restaurants
- Experience in managing resources and personnel
- Knowledge of service protocols, desirable in high-end standards of etiquette
- Knowledge of kitchen levels and passes
- Advanced knowledge of POS systems and management tools
- Inventory management and replenishment
