Job Description
The Repossession Specialist will work on assigned accounts with repossession agents to locate collateral or negotiate account resolution through accurate account documentation within the system. They will facilitate the disposition of repossessed collateral via nationwide auctions in accordance to state specific laws, reconcile repossession invoices and/or sales documents, and disburse the invoice from the member’s account and submit for payment to the credit union partners.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of customer service and/or collections experience
- 1 year of repossession experience is desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
