Job Description
CoVantage Credit Union is seeking a Member Solutions Repossession Specialist to support members facing financial difficulties with professionalism and exceptional service, while managing consumer and commercial loan delinquencies and coordinating repossession efforts.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years' experience in collections, repossession, insurance, or related capacity
- Naturally positive attitude and ability to listen
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Results-focused with strong time management and organization skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows programs
