Job Description
Seeking a talented Sous Chef to oversee kitchen operations and ensure exceptional dining experience for members at Fox Chapel Golf Club.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume, fine dining restaurant or club environment.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Flexibility with scheduling, including weekend and holiday availability
