Job Description
The Senior Facilities Technician will oversee and conduct preventative maintenance, monitor the operations of the building, and maintain chilled water and HVAC equipment. They will work under the direction of the Manager, Facilities Engineering, and will be responsible for ensuring efficient operation of all building systems, maintaining proper lighting, and ensuring compliance with all safety procedures.
