Student Success Specialist

Serving as the initial point of contact for the Oshkosh Campuses, this position is responsible for providing outstanding customer service and building relationships with individuals on any Recruitment, Admission and Enrollment needs.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Communication, Education, Marketing, or Meeting and Event Management, Sales, or related field
• Demonstrated recent and relevant office and customer service experience
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience in Student Information systems and Learning Management systems preferred
