The HR Recruiter is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment activities, developing effective talent acquisition strategies, and ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top-quality talent.
Requirements
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for all-level positions across multiple functions
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates using competency-based and behavioral interviewing techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Implement and establish internship program to create a direct source of pre-vetted candidates for future full-time roles
