The Senior HR Recruiter is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment activities, developing effective talent acquisition strategies, and ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top-quality talent.
Requirements
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid- to senior-level positions across multiple functions
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, agencies, and professional networks
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates using competency-based and behavioral interviewing techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and prepare regular hiring reports
- Negotiate job offers and support the successful closing of candidates
