Weâre looking for a Business Support Specialist to join our Business Support Team! In this role, you will support our core businessâbuying and selling tech devices and solutionsâensuring smooth operations and high-quality customer experience.
Requirements
- Manage end-to-end RMA processes and provide after-sales support to customers
- Maintain high-quality product data, ensuring accuracy and consistency in our ERP system
- Create and update product information, including ETA management
- Support daily operations related to products, services, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, sustainability goals, and quality standards
- Collaborate closely with Procurement and Sales teams
