Job Description
Sous Chef prepares and cooks food, cleans, stocks and maintains kitchen areas. Assists with venue management, expediting, inventory and supervising personnel.
Requirements
- Associate Degree or higher in culinary arts
- Four years of experience in a full service or production kitchen
- Ability to lift 35lbs and push a cart weighing 100lbs
