We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive to manage HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, and work pass applications in Singapore.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience, preferably in a regional or fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proven experience managing performance cycles, employee relations, and HR operations
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g. Whyze) and digital tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office etc)
