We are seeking a dynamic and meticulous HR professional to join the HR Shared Services team as a Senior Executive, responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for professional positions.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or related field with at least 4 years of experience; OR Degree in the above disciplines with at least 2 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and employment legislation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); experience with Workday Recruitment Module is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, planning, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage high-volume transactional work independently.
- Meticulous, resourceful, and quick to learn.
- Service-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks and working under pressure.
