Senior Executive Corporate HR Administration

The successful candidate will provide end-to-end HR operations support for the Managers and above group, and deliver high-quality executive secretarial and administrative support to the Senior Vice President Human Resources.

Requirements

• University Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Business or relevant discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR operations experience
• Good knowledge of local labour laws and regulations
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data integrity
• Self-driven, organised, and able to manage competing priorities independently
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
