We are recruiting a Production Team Leader in CDI to join our workshop in Noyal-Pontivy (56). As a conductor of your team, you will supervise and animate a team, ensure a safe and fulfilling work environment, and manage resources for production.

Requirements

• Issued from a higher education (type BTSA food and technology sciences) or with a Bachelor's degree and/or with a professional experience in an agri-food or industrial universe
• Graduated from a commercial/management training oriented, in BtoB, ideally in an agri-food structure
• Commercial experience in multi-channel commercial relations and/or export
• Analytical ability, persuasion, excellent interpersonal skills, and taste for commercial performance
