We're seeking a Lead Fraud & Risk Analyst to shape and execute our fraud prevention and risk mitigation strategy. The ideal candidate will drive data-led insights, foster cross-functional collaboration, and champion governance and capacity building to ensure fraud resilience across the business.
Requirements
- Evaluate the relevance and effectiveness of current data sources and KPIs used to monitor fraud trends
- Lead initiatives to identify and implement immediate interventions in fraud prevention
- Provide analytical support to challenge and refine existing fraud models, particularly around net loss and forecasting accuracy
- Manage competing priorities across business units while maintaining momentum on fraud initiatives
- Ensure data integrity throughout technical development and deployment cycles
- Drive automation and process improvements to enhance fraud detection and response capabilities
- Champion governance frameworks that empower resource ownership and decision-making
- Support upskilling initiatives to build fraud and risk capabilities
- Collaborate with BAU teams to ensure seamless integration of fraud strategy into daily operations
- Work closely with finance to align fraud strategy with budget constraints and challenge assumptions where needed
- Engage with stakeholders across technology, product, and fraud leadership to ensure alignment with funding and broader business objectives
- Provide strategic guidance on fraud related to non-card A2A (Account-to-Account) payments, balancing short-term impact with long-term resilience
