PMO - Ops

We're looking for a PMO - Ops Senior Manager to join our team at Fractal Analytics. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in PMO analysis, consulting, or leadership roles, preferably in Analytics or IT/ITES services. The position involves project coordination, commercial management, compliance, and stakeholder management, with a focus on driving efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience as PMO analyst, PMO consultant, PMO lead or a similar role
• Advanced MS Excel
• Excellent computer skills and proficient in MS applications
• Ability to analyze complex data and make decisions based on analytical findings
• Strong program coordination and administration abilities
• Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
