Job Description
We are seeking a PMO Analyst to join our team at Syndigo. The role requires 2 days per week in office at our Bangalore location. The PMO Analyst will administer core PMO tools, maintain key reports and dashboards, and help ensure that project and portfolio information is accurate, timely and accessible.
Requirements
- Administer and support core PMO tools, including PSA and related platforms/integrations
- Build, maintain and improve operational and portfolio reports and dashboards using BI and associated tools
- Produce regular project and portfolio reporting for PMO, Ops and global leadership teams
- Support tracking of portfolio health, risks, issues, utilization and capacity
- Monitor and govern adherence to agreed PMO processes and templates
- Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to tools, reports and processes
- Act as a helpful point of contact for PMO tooling and reporting queries
- Contribute to building a modern, AI-enabled PMO capability
