Job Description
The multi-Oscar-winning creative Film & Episodic studio, Framestore, is seeking a Creature Supervisor to join their dynamic team in Melbourne. As a Creature Supervisor, you will work collaboratively with VFX, CG, and Animation Supervisors and department HODs to support the Head of Creatures and ensure the highest quality creature assets are delivered to clients.
Requirements
- Extensive production experience in a similar or relevant position
- Previous experience working within production leadership teams and meeting schedule and budget requirements
- Ability to review other artists' work and ensure a high standard both artistically and technically
- Proven creative ability and artistic sensibility
- Proven track record and hands on experience with creature work in various specialties such as modelling, texture, lookdev, rigging or creature FX
- Experience in leading teams on VFX projects
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to promote and initiate change
