FrankCrum is a Top Workplace! The Senior 401K Specialist will serve as a subject matter expert for the design, implementation, governance, and ongoing administration of qualified retirement plans. The role will provide consultative guidance to internal partners and clients, ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance, and lead complex plan initiatives from design through execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, human resources, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in 401(k)/qualified retirement plan administration
- Industry credentials such as QKA, QPA, CPFA, or other relevant retirement plan designations
