We're looking for a Service Engineer based in Isle of Wight or Southampton. The Service Engineer role holds the responsibility for the technical support of our customers and resolution of ongoing issues when required.
Requirements
- Ability to demonstrate an understanding and experience in remit of the Field Engineers role
- Minimum 2 years experience working in the coffee machine or vending industry
- Competent using phones and laptop
- Excellent communications skills
- Personal integrity
- Analysing and prioritising
- Understand when to inform and when to escalate issues
