Field Service Engineer - Scunthorpe

We are looking for a Service Engineer based in Scunthorpe to provide technical support to our customers and resolve ongoing issues. The role involves ensuring adherence to Franke UK Technical Standards and Processes, managing stock levels, and maintaining customer relations.

Requirements

• Ability to demonstrate an understanding and experience in remit of the Field Engineers role
• Minimum 2 years experience working in the coffee machine or vending industry
• Competent using phones and laptop
• Excellent communications skills
• Personal integrity
• Analysing and prioritising
• Understand when to inform and when to escalate issues
