This role involves sales activities, in-depth customer analysis, and proactive business development.
Requirements
- Professional or trade education and further training in sales / marketing
- Performance proof in the sales of investment assets in the construction/building industry
- Target- and sales oriented working, decisive and close-reasoning
- Experience in the project/object management preferably in the kitchen industry
- Natural skills in the building and development of long-term business relationships at the levels of property investors, developers, architects and GU/TU
- Structured, responsible and independent working
- Adaptable, team-oriented and flexible
- French Mother Tongue, German is an advantage
