Job Description
Assists with the preparation and prosecution of cases, including drafting motions, conducting preliminary hearings, and participating in trials and probation violation proceedings. Performs research, analyzes cases, and prepares testimony outlines. Represents the State of Missouri in court proceedings and serves as a 24-hour on-call Prosecuting Attorney.
Requirements
- Doctorate in Law
- License to practice law in the state of Missouri
- Valid Driver's License
- Notary Public License
