HR Advisor

The HR Advisor will provide generalist, proactive support on employee relations issues, create a positive employee relations approach, and manage employee relations case loads.

Requirements

• Proven track record in a similar ER/HR role
• Experience of handling ER cases including disciplinary and grievance, appeals, absence management and redundancy
• Up to date knowledge of employment legislation including GDPR
