Job Description
Operations Manager position at Capri by Fraser Leipzig, a 4-star superior hotel with a family-friendly atmosphere. Seeking an Operations Manager to join the team immediately or upon agreement.
Requirements
- Experience as Operations Manager or 4-5 years in a leadership position in the hospitality industry
- In-depth understanding of hotel operations, financial management, and current industry trends
- Demonstrable success in increasing guest satisfaction, revenue, and operational performance
- Excellent team leadership, performance management, and team development skills
- Clear, empathetic communication and the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Experience in managing large budgets, revenues, and costs
- High standards in guest service and the overall guest experience throughout their stay
- Motivation to continually improve the hotel business
- Very good German and English language skills; additional languages are always beneficial
