Food & Drinks Operations Manager (m/w/d)

Hilton Munich Airport is seeking a Food & Drinks Operations Manager to lead the team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel operations, excellent leadership and organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements

• Food & Beverage degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in a senior role in Food & Beverage, preferably in an international hotel environment
• Proven leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent service orientation and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate performance metrics
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with hotel management systems
