Job Description
Hilton Munich Airport is seeking a Food & Drinks Operations Manager to lead the Mountain Hub Social Dining & Terrace, Nightflight Bar & Terrace, Room Service, Thai Lounge, and C&E Service teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent leadership and organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Gastronomy, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership position in Food & Beverage, preferably in an international hotel environment
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a flexible schedule
