Hilton Munich Airport is seeking a Food & Drinks Operations Manager to lead the operational areas of Mountain Hub Social Dining & Terrace, Nightflight Bar & Terrace, Room Service, Thai Lounge, and C&E Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing restaurant, bar, and promotion offers, and ensuring good cooperation with all departments.
Requirements
- Completed education or degree in hotel management, gastronomy or comparable qualification
- At least five years of professional experience in a leading position in the field of Food & Beverage, preferably in an international hotel environment.
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills, as well as experience in employee management
- High service orientation and passion for excellent guest care
- Comprehensive knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
- Safe handling of service planning and vacation planning under legal requirements
- Analytical thinking and ability to evaluate performance indicators and derive measures
- Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts
- Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
- Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with hotel management systems
- Proactive, solution-oriented work style and ability to set priorities in a dynamic environment
