Food & Drinks Operations Manager (m/w/d)

Join Hilton Munich Airport as a Food & Drinks Operations Manager and be part of a 'Best Place to Work'. As a leader, you will be responsible for the operational areas of Mountain Hub Social Dining & Terrace, Nightflight Bar & Terrace, Room Service, Thai Lounge, and C&E Service. You will also be responsible for planning and implementing restaurant, bar, and promotion offers, as well as maintaining Hilton standards and quality.

Requirements

• Completed education or degree in hospitality, gastronomy, or comparable qualifications
• At least five years of professional experience in a leading position in food and beverage, ideally in an international hotel environment
• Outstanding leadership and organizational skills, as well as experience in managing employees
• High service orientation and passion for excellent guest care
• In-depth knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
• Analytical thinking and ability to evaluate performance indicators and derive measures
• Flexibility and willingness to work in shift services
• Very good German and English knowledge in writing and speaking
• Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with hotel management systems
• Proactive, solution-oriented way of working and ability to set priorities in a dynamic environment
