Abschlussarbeit: Modellierung der Wärmeübertragung beim kombinierten Presslöten

We are seeking a student to work on a research project at the Fraunhofer Institute for Design Automation Mechatronics IEM in Paderborn, Germany. The project involves modeling transient thermal processes and developing a simulation model in a FEM environment, with optional model-based control design. The student will work independently and have the opportunity to work from home office.

Requirements

• Research program in mechanical engineering, economics engineering, mechatronics, or comparable field
• High degree of motivation and independent working style
• First experiences in (thermal) modeling
• Desirable first experience in handling FEM simulations
