Job Description
We are exploring the future of engineering at Fraunhofer IEM in Paderborn and are seeking a Master's Thesis student to research methods for parameterizing and calibrating thermal FEM models with changing boundary conditions.
Requirements
- studying mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a comparable course of study
- first experiences in thermal modeling or with FEM simulations
- programming skills in Python or MATLAB
- fluent English or good German skills
- knowledge of control engineering is an asset
