Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, or a technical degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Engineering, Materials Science) combined with an MBA, or a comparable qualification with a proven strong technical and business focus
• Proven track record in customer acquisition, VC/investor meetings, and grant applications
• In-depth knowledge of laser technology and optics and, ideally, initial experience in industrial production
