The Semiconductor Integration Technologies group develops detectors and sensor systems for industries from aerospace to medical technology.
Requirements
- Master's degree in the field of electrical engineering, physics, nanoengineering or comparable
- First-class knowledge in micro- and semiconductor technology (preferably in the field of microelectronics and microsystem technology) with relevant work experience
- Comprehensive experience in leading research and development projects
- Experience in acquiring third-party funding projects (BMBF, EU, or comparable) and/or industrial projects
- Ideal first experience in managing employees
- Adaptability, to be able to adjust to changes in the research landscape, as well as the ability to implement own visions into the research tasks
- Good communication and presentation skills in German and English
